At Infinity Medical Pharmacy, we are committed to ensuring the safe, timely, and compliant
delivery of all medications and healthcare products to patients across the United Kingdom.

1. Delivery Eligibility

We only deliver to residential and business addresses within the United Kingdom. We do
not ship to PO boxes or international addresses. All deliveries require a valid UK address.

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 working days
Delivery Type: Expedited Delivery
Estimated Delivery Time: 1–2 working days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, product
availability, and external factors (e.g., postal delays, weather, strikes).

3. Dispatch Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of pharmacist approval,
prescription verification, and payment (if applicable). Orders placed after 3:00 PM may be
processed the next working day.

4. Safe & Secure Packaging
All items are shipped in discreet, tamper-evident packaging to ensure privacy and product
integrity.
Cold chain or temperature-sensitive items are shipped using validated packaging and
couriers to maintain required conditions.

5. Medicines Cannot Be Returned
Due to legal and safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned for resale, even if unopened.
If an error has occurred on our part, we will resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
