These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and services of Infinity Medical
Pharmacy, a registered distance-selling pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical
Council (GPhC).
By using this website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and
agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in England, Wales, Scotland, and
Northern Ireland.
1. Legal Status
Infinity Medical Pharmacy is a GPhC-registered pharmacy operating remotely. Medications
are dispensed from:

2. Provision of Services
Services are provided only to residents within the United Kingdom. You must be over 18
years of age or acting with legal authority on behalf of a patient.
We provide private pharmacy services under the supervision of UK-registered pharmacists.
We reserve the right to decline provision of services at our discretion, subject to
professional obligations.
3. Prescriptions
Prescription-Only Medicines (POMs) will only be dispensed against a legally valid
prescription issued by a UK-registered prescriber. All prescriptions are subject to
verification and professional judgment. Suspected fraudulent prescriptions will be reported
to the appropriate authorities.
4. Clinical Oversight
All medical decisions, including refusal to supply medication, are made by a qualified
pharmacist in accordance with UK law, clinical appropriateness, and the duty of care.
5. Delivery and Returns
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed please see shipping and delivery policy for
further information. Due to legal restrictions, medications cannot be returned for resale
unless faulty or supplied in error. You must notify us within 3 working days of receipt if
there is an issue with your order.
6. Liability
Infinity Medical Pharmacy accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from the use of this
website or services, except where required by law. This includes but is not limited to
indirect or consequential loss, and clinical outcomes resulting from misuse or nondisclosure
of information.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on
this page and become effective immediately.
